My Story
Peace and contentment. When I think of the space I strive to create for myself and others, these are the words I land on. In a world where we all experience heart ache, loss, and frustration I find it is often easy to get stuck. I grew up overseas and have borne witness to the messiness and hurt that exists in the world. I have, in the past, leaned into the ease of ignoring uncomfortable emotions and avoiding sitting in painful experiences. If you’ve been feeling stuck or find yourself in an avoidant season, I would love to sit with you as we learn to navigate the uncomfortable together.
I believe our emotions are a gift and a guide to our true self. I also believe our Heavenly Father draws us into His presence and desires to fill us with the peace and contentment we so often desire. I hope that in my time with you we can explore your emotions and experiences, use them as a guide, and ultimately move towards restoration, peace, and contentment.
