Nutrition Classes

Food for Mood is a specialization workshop that helps showcase "brain-healthy" food to improve mental and physical functioning.

This workshop provides specific nutrition information and recipes from our family to yours for only $60 per person. Each workshop will include a full course meal w/ some hands on experience.
