My Story
My path in the mental health field has unfolded one step at a time, guided by curiosity and a genuine respect for people’s stories. Over the years, my experiences—working in inpatient psychiatric care, substance use rehabilitation, and within the perinatal mental health community, along with my own journey through parenthood and personal growth—have shaped how I understand healing and resilience.
These experiences have taught me the importance of meeting each person exactly where they are. In our work together, you can expect a balance of warmth and professionalism. I bring clinical expertise, evidence-informed practices, and thoughtful insight to help you better understand patterns, build coping skills, and create meaningful change in your life.

My goal is for you to feel supported, understood, and empowered throughout the therapeutic process—knowing you have a compassionate and experienced partner walking alongside you on your path to healing.
