My Story
After years of dealing with IBS, POTS, and debilitating panic attacks, I often felt invisible in the traditional medical system. At one point, I was so anxious and unwell that I could hardly leave my house. My investigative nature led me to dig into my own health challenges, eventually earning a Master’s in Clinical Nutrition. A functional approach to nutrition helped me reclaim my life—and now, it’s my mission to help others do the same.

I’m passionate about creating a soft landing place for those who feel lost or dismissed. I understand how vulnerable it is to share your health story, and I want our time together to feel like a breath of fresh air. We’ll work together to gently and effectively uncover the root of your symptoms and support your healing.

Whether you're in the thick of mental or physical health challenges or just looking for a refresh, I’d be honored to walk alongside you on your journey to freedom.

- Julia
